They provided us with honest and friendly service from start to finish. The lady on the phone was nice and professional and scheduled me with a quick appointment. My guys were very professional and got the job done and even fixed another minor issue (floater chain) with no charge.

This service not only helped me save money on the substantial plumbing repair that needed to be done on my home, but they also got the job done correctly on the first try. Allstar Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new pool heater and re-plumbing the whole system. They also ran a separate gas connection to the new heater.

They have a neat “A-Z” page on their website where you can easily locate exactly what service you are interested in. It’s where we found info on customizing plumbing for the elderly when my wife’s mother was going to be coming to stay with us. No, I am not one of those mother-in-law haters. She is a sweetheart. And we had Allstar out to make everything as comfortable and accessible for her as possible.

Jesse got right to work and it it was obvious by the speed and skill with which he worked that he was well trained. There was absolutely no question that he would be able to address the problem. A man of few words as he worked that is not to say he was not extremely polite. The whole experience was more than satisfactory and we would call them again without question.

On a good day what came out of the hot water faucet to fill our bathtub was a trickle. I would literally have to start filling the tub a half hour before I intended to bathe. It was one of those things on the list that we never got around to addressing. Checked off the list now and I see Fred’s smiling face whenever I turn on that faucet. No more planning ahead to take a bath.

I should honestly say that the Allstar plumbing company puts the customer's service first, and makes their customers happy with their professional service. I was very impressed by Sergio. These guys performed admirably! They outlined the flaws in my outdated disposal and faucet. They fitted the new components after having them on their truck. Over the weekend, my water heater started leaking. When I called them this morning, they were able to send someone out within a few hours to assess the situation and try to get it fixed by this afternoon, at the very least, or by tomorrow morning. In actuality, they solved the issue in under an hour! Thank you!

Very helpful When we had a leak in the ceiling, we googled for a solution and found Allstar Plumbing. They responded quickly to our need for assistance and quickly rectified our issues. They dealt with the problem right away and sent someone out right away.
