I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the conduct of one of your company drivers during an incident that occurred on 8/7/26.
I believe the driver’s behavior was highly unprofessional, intimidating, and inappropriate for someone operating a company vehicle while representing your organization. More seriously, the driver’s conduct contributed to a situation in which we were involved in a vehicle accident.The driver’s decision to follow us into the parking lot was intimidating and completely unnecessary. His conduct appeared consistent with road-rage behavior and created an escalating and unsafe situation. A professional driver should be expected to de-escalate a situation and maintain a safe distance rather than pursue another vehicle into a parking lot. This behavior is especially concerning because the individual was operating a company vehicle. Drivers representing a company are expected to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, patience, and appropriate defensive-driving behavior. Following members of the public into a parking lot in an apparent attempt to confront or harass them falls far below that standard and reflects poorly on the company.
